And this is why I won't even bother humouring your "show me your sources" comment, you clearly won't take no for an answer.

It's not about taking no for an answer. What detrimental effect would there be if a level 70 dps does more damage than a level 18 dps? Some might get kicked because people are jerks? This happens now already. This changes nothing. That's different than you saying "SE won't do it because they think the community is too toxic," which they've never said.

People keep saying it won't change queue times...except it will. If low level dungeons are being done much faster, and a lot of tanks/healers spam dungeons to level because of their already fast queue, they'd cycle through the dps waiting that much faster. DPS waiting for their leveling roulette would get in faster. People would have options beyond PotD from 17-60. Would it make DPS queues instant? No, but it would lower them to an extent.

this won't happen if they don't make the DAILY leveling roulette XP bonus unlimited. they don't spam the low level ones unless they are also low level. this has nothing to do with high level characters losing abilities.

Because the time it takes compared to the exp required doesn't compare to what you get in PotD. Imagine what a summoner or black mage would do to Sastasha with all of their level 70 abilities?

I love that the community constantly wants to breathe life back into old content, but this being the quickest and easiest way to do so is shunned because some people might have their feelings hurt. Not to mention silly things like "I like knowing how to optimize my job at level 47 even though I'm level 70."

You're advocating for that very behavior whether you realize it or not. Your whole point is to get the dungeons done even faster for high level players. Why spend 20 minutes with some lowbies in sastasha when you can bootem in 5 and get the place done in 12?

Why boot lowbies in 5 minutes when you can get the place done in 6? I've run thousands upon thousands of dungeons as tank, dps, and healer. And the only time I've ever booted or seen someone booted from a dungeon was a Dragoon that used nothing but Full Thrust. Not comboed. Just Full Thrust.

No one is advocating kicking people for low dps. It IS a punishable offense. But the low level roulette is nothing but a chore, and there's no incentive to run it at level 70 unless AiN, and even then it's almost always Tank.
