He doesn't need to. That's the type of community we have. No matter what they do, giving us full access to our skills will break balance. Even if they greatly nerf the potency for sync, we will still be out DPSin the new person who doesn't have all their skills.

That's not the type of community we have. That mentality exists, sure, but not universally. And it's not even close to the majority. There'd be no reason to nerf potency, as it scales as is.
