That is a hidden bonus effect from the "Stone Whisperer V" trait. Those only show up in the gathering window, so you won't be able to tell that they're there before you've actually started gathering from the node. The only ones that show up on the health bar are Gathering rate +10%, HQ chance +5%, gathering attempts +1 and gathering yield +1.
