Thank you for the nice tip!

And to everyone else thank you for the feedback!

I do admit that it may be very stressful on the servers but possibly this can be initially started as without FC members their personal housing and to be added in a later patch.

And this isn't to "replace" normal housing, the one that we know with wards and everything will still be there, but lets not say that the current way housing works is "fine", because it really isn't for FC's. I have my own personal large house but even so I would like to see a solution for FC housing because the inability to have an airship locks them out of grouped content.

To go back on topic though, I wasn't aware that 1.0 had these neat features Pastahnak, they could surely be complementing this type of housing quite well and contribute a slice of realism to it!

Secondly, this isn't mandatory housing mind, its merely side content which FC's could undertake and keep themselves occupied with!

I really appreciate all your feedback, please keep it comming!

I like this a lot, I only have a few issues tho. The grand company idea should be changed to allow FCs to choose from any of the housing districts. Maybe add in a desperate village npc in all the main city states that have housing to give the said quest you suggested.

I also like the progression you have in place, but you also mentioned instances where the village can be attacked. A feature from 1.0 could actually come back where villages throughout Eorzea could be attacked and adventures had to defend them. I think this would work well with Crafters building fortifications 1-2 days before the attack and then the fight actually happening for a long period of time until it\\'s successfully defended or failed. I think giving a penalty for failing where Crafters have to rebuild or Gil can be spent to just pay for things that got razed. This would promote a more active FC.

Overall I really like this idea. Obviously not something to do for 4.2 but for later on

While I feel like it's a neat idea in theory, I'm not sure how much fun it would be in practice.

An upgradable ward that can meet the needs of an FC is fantastic as we acquire gil and members so we can all hang out together is A+ and I would love that.

But tying that many gameplay elements into it gives me unpleasant flashbacks back to Warcraft and their garrison fiasco. I don't want it to be my catch-all for gameplay, I just want to decorate and RP.
