Last night was the 5th static I was in that disbanded.
Most disbanding reasons:
Members get "poached", or a member went ahead. Or progressions were different.
I've had really bad experiences where you get kicked for really petty reasons, had statics that left me to practice on my own. And only ran content when I was "ready"

Need:

• 1 tank (war / drk)
• 1 Healer (Ast/Whm/Sch all ok!)
• NIN

Background:
Been clearing o1s-03s weekly, want to clear o4s.
Shinryu ex, try ultimate, do pvp and heck maybe top the fflogs board.
I'm 340 ilvl whm/ast main (not BiS yet mind you)
