obviously the billing process is convoluted and awkward (necessitating a guide on the main lodestone page just to help people sub in the first place), so you're not the only one having problems. i'm just saying that it's hard for people to help the people having problems without enough information.

no need for apologies, just in the future if something like that happens again- give a step-by-step account of what you did (withholding identification/card information, obviously) and where the process broke down, so that people are able to jump right in and guide you along the rest of the way.
