1. Several times while in battle, if I try attacking an opponent it tells me they are out of range for my attack or spell. I can be standing right next to them and it happens. The numbers on the hot key (that show it's cost) are also not lit red like they do when targets are not in range

Sounds like packet loss. Have you pinged or run a tracert to the data center IP?

Sounds like you're not facing your target. It's possible you've accidentally disabled the option to automatically face your target when you uuse a skill.
