That sort of thing is more prominent in the Beast Tribes' own story lines. Amalj'aa shows a faction that couldn't care less about fighting you; Sahagin shows a faction actively interested in co-existence. Sylphs elaborates on what was already established in the MSQ, etc. And as someone who's completed all the Beast Tribes at the time, I was pleased to see Minfillia comment about that on more than one occassion, how on top of everything I was working to help bring humans and Beastmen together.
The content is there, it's just optional.

The MSQ was fan-freaking-tastic. I really enjoyed doing boss mechanics with NPCs.

I've done all the beast tribes to completion save Moogles. That still doesn't mean I can't want the MSQ to have a broader focus on inter species harmony, since it's a theme I'd personally like to see brought to the forefront.

MSQ was rather awesome, love the 24man and new dungeon is rather great. Squadrons i also do not mind.

I enjoyed the new MSQ very much. There were a few points where I almost cried, I love the character development of the Sultana as well as Fordola. She's my favorite new Stormblood character. I really feel like the story is starting to lead somewhere now, and I can't wait to see what's next!

Thank you for Shirogane, I'm enjoying it so much since I was one of the lucky ones who got a house. I do hope you have good plans to increase housing and allow everyone else to enjoy it as well. After all, housing is one of the great pulls of this game as opposed to other similar MMOs. More than a handful of people should be able to enjoy it!

Thank you for M'naago custom deliveries, and making them give exp! Now I have another way to finish leveling all my crafters to 60 with Zhloe. Then at max, it gives yellow scrip too! Just wonderful.

Thank you for all of the quality of life changes, like allowing chocobos and minions out at the same time and being able to separate buffs/debuffs on the UI. All of these things are great additions to an already great game, and I hope there are more to come!

I love the 24 man raid. Squadrons are a good time sink, an alternative to PoTD at least. The devs killed the story for me at the end of ARR into mid HW. I skip all the stories now. The rest was pretty much the same as always.

Alliance roulette gives a lot of exp and is good for leveling dps jobs.

100% agree. 5 minute or less queue compared to 30+ minute wait otherwise. SE really needs to fix the DPS queue time problem. Or, at the very least, as a band-aid fix make alliance roulette be able to be run multiple times a day since every other quick queue is either now dead / just as long as a dungeon (PvP) or not worth doing above 60 (PotD).
