How many Jump Potion I can use per account?

Stop right there if you thought that I'ma noob and bla bla bla... I'm main WHM with v3s cleared and v4s progression. ( 10/16/17 patch 4.1) (yes ima pug anyway)

I have smn, sch, ast, whm, rdm lvl 70, but I dont have enough time to play to level up my other classes. So the question is: How many jump potions I can use to level them up? Can I use as many as I can buy or only 1 per account?

you can buy as many as you want as of today for each character you have, so for the retainer lvl potions
