PS4, Where all the GCD timers go?

So, as my ninja for example I would start a jitsu, but press the buttons slowly as the tank is gathering and pulling. I would wait until it only had 1 sec. left and do the next button until the tank settles on a spot and then finish the jitsu. However, now when I do any jitsus the timer no longer shows unless I click on my own character or focus on myself. Also, another example if you don't nin nin nin. When you eat something and gain the well fed, that doesn't even show up anymore. Did something happen with the update to where I just need to click or unclick something in the new settings or something? I honestly haven't pulled up to see all the adjustments that were made. Thanks in advanced for any help guys.

Not only GCD timers, the FC buffs, food etc, not showing anymore in ps4.

Go into HUD Layout, select the Status Effects bar, then click the gear icon next to the element dropdown box.
