Kitty Got Claws is looking to rebuild for fresh O4S progression and beyond. We are a 5/8 group of long-time friends seeking progression-minded individuals. While we enjoy having fun and laughing together (and we hope you’ll join us!), we are more focused on content completion than some. As such, anyone interested in reaching out to us should have a positive stance on collecting, receiving, and giving constructive feedback regarding raid performance and goals. Kitty Got Claws is looking to rebuild for fresh O4S progression and beyond. We are a 5/8 group of long-time friends seeking progression-minded individuals. While we enjoy having fun and laughing together (and we hope you’ll join us!), we are more focused on content completion than some. As such, anyone interested in reaching out to us should have a positive stance on collecting, receiving, and giving constructive feedback regarding raid performance and goals. At the very least, candidates must be willing to –

- Complete a friendly interview with one of our leaders over chat (discord preferred)
- Complete a one week trial period
- Participate in raid voice chat on our Discord channel. (talking is not required, but encouraged. listening is absolutely required)
- Be raid-party ready (food, pots, melds, respectable gear level, a working knowledge of each fight prior to engagement)

Our current raid days and raid times are –

Wednesday 7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. CST
Thursday 7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. CST
*Saturday 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. CST

*We will be using Saturdays as catch-up/optional days for a few weeks to get everyone on the same page and current. Once we all feel comfortable it will drop from our official schedule and will become strictly optional for farming old content or things of that nature. The group will likely decide this together on a weekly basis.

We are seeking (no duplicate classes):

- 1 barrier healer (sch/noct ast.)
- 1 melee dps.
- 1 additional dps (non-bard/mch, non-rdm)

Ideal candidates should have:

- A very strong grasp on multiple jobs and how they interact
- Raid content experience (v1s and v2s on farm required. V3S clear preferred but will consider enrage exp.)
- An item-level of 330 or higher
- An item-level weapon of 330 or higher
- A respectful and positive outlook on progression, open discourse, and player interaction
- Their own means to ensure they are raid-party ready (we are primarily based on Zalera, so any Zalera candidates may find help with this from us)
