Everything you mentioned is indeed in need of fixing. Despite our omnipotence with regards to game-related text, however, Localization has no jurisdiction over the Square Enix Account Management site and its pages, as these are created and maintained by the Community & Service Team (hence all the bugs, amirite Bayohne!?). Sooo, your concerns have been passed along to the proper authorities, and I am told the fixes will be made in the near future.
