    Celtic references in lore

I apologise if this is not the correct form for this topic/request.

I semi recently have been getting into Celtic lore and I absolutely love all the little allusions/references ff14 has to Celtic mythology in its content.

So far, I have noticed the references being Gae Bolg and Caladbolg(admittedly not exclusive to this ff but still), Dun Scaith and Scathach, Forgal,Ferdiad, and the Kelpi boss in Skalla.

So my question is this: are there any more cool Celtic references in the lore I missed that you happened to know about?

Found this on a quick google, a lore tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRHfPAFfbxk may be worth a look? Description: "Today we learn that everything evil in Eorzea seems to be Celtic or Saxon; damn pagans!

Celtic myth can be funny. I like telling about about the original myth behind Cu'chulainn. That he was the original wielder of the Gae Bolg and used it to kill Ferdiad by litterally shoving it up his butt.

After naming my character, it's makes me a bit sad that all the Irish mythology references are mostly evil/bad things. But it does make me happy that they are there at least!

They aren't all really evil persay, or at least they weren't always evil. Most of the Celtic Mythology is used in the Voidsent who were at one point no different than us, some even being Warriors of Light, but were corrupted. It might not have been the intention of the devs but I reckon that nicely parallels how in real life Celtic mythology was corrupted by the Church to be either demons or saints instead of gods and spirits.
