Please make the Fool's portal be able to affix to inside wall partitions. It is classified as a "painting" and all other items can be placed on partitions.

Put it on a wall. Move a partion as close to it as you can into the wall. Exit housing menu. its now on the partition.

Can this be affixed to a sliding door as well?

This, Imitation Stained Crystal Ornament, and anything else classified has a wall-mounted should be able to go onto partition.

On top of OP's request, I'd also like to request to have the three new imitation windows as exterior windows.
