Steps:
1. I was running the Wanderer's Palace with my squadron. I was a Dark Knight, and I brought a Pugilist, Rogue, and Conjurer.
2. On the last boss, the Tonberry King, I was about to die because we were ignoring mechanics. I used Living Dead, and got to 1 HP, so I went into Walking Dead.
3. We beat the Tonberry King. After he died, I succumbed to Walking Dead and died.
4. I was not given the option to return to the beginning of the dungeon, and my squadron members just stood around. I could not move or do anything.
5. I could not obtain the final chest, and had to use the Duty Finder to leave.
