The main difficulty is the second boss because it requires you to stay with your alliance. It's really easy to fail the dps check at the end when the alliances are split for each add, if people aren't in their right spot. You also risk wiping an entire alliance if you're at the wrong marker and you get the stack marker for your group. A single alliance can't survive two stack markers on top of each other.

Normally there's no problem with staying next to your alliance marker the entire time but this fight doesn't allow that. You're constantly moving around the field to dodge towers, hammers and kill adds. This means you have to remember to always go back to your marker and that's something people forget to do.
