Even though it's crazy idea, but Free Company should purchase their own ward.
Like pay gil or company credit to purchase a ward. Where they can use FC housings to be placed in their own ward and invite players in to purchase their plots too in the division.
Pay 100 million gil to register and purchase housing zone of your choice: Shirogane/Goblet/Mist/Lavender Beds, and pay 50 million to purchase subdivisions.
The FC can purchase any housing zone for 100 million gil each. So for instance, they can purchase Shirogane zone but also Goblet zone. If they are short on plots for players, then they can purchase 50 million for subdivisions. Just increasing more subdivisions and wards within Free Company instance wards. Players can choose to spend company credits or gils to extend more subdivisions and wards.
Members of FC pay 50%-60% discount as perk by purchasing the plots in their FC instance ward comparing to individual wards (thats the current 12+ wards right now). You have to choose either you keep plot in individual wards or FC plot.
Players also can relocate with 30% discount plus the FC perk discount which may get to 80%.
FC members who own their plots in FC wards don't get 45 days demolition. But it is FC leaders or anyone with permission to dismiss them to get the plot demolished. When you are dismissed, the demolition reimbursement will be returned to you as 80% resale.
This will also allow players to get their own plots, and have their own wards to enjoy. If there are those who don't want to be in FC ward, then it's their own choice to go to the current individual wards.
For individual ward's plot purchasers would require to buy one plot per account whereas FC members in their FC ward can have 1 plot per character limitations of 1 large/2 mediums/5 smalls per world.
Yes I am aware this is a disagreeable and crazy idea, but I have a feeling this will lessen the housing fights over plots and lessen the house flipping as much as possible.
It encourages more players to join FC instead too. That's another thing.
