[Suggestion] Level Sync, Skills and you!

Nothing too powerful? Until your running low level dungeons with a new tank who doesn't have a tank stance and you're spamming AOE skills.

This would be horrible for them to balance

Or easier if they lower the tank stances to Lv 15 instead of 30. It would even encourage tanking for newer players.
