[Suggestion] Level Sync, Skills and you!

You should have all the skills you've learned regardless of going down in level. There is no reason to not have them. Especially since Red Mage exists now and has hurrdurr 300+ potency spells at level 8. You don't add anything to the content and make it significantly less desirable to be in it in the first place and if people had more opportunities to use full toolkits maybe just maybe we wouldn't have such an abundance of people who don't have any concept of how to play well

Make synced level 70 players keep their full rotation and let the new tanks start killing themselfs because they can't get hate to any point. This sync is already to strong in terms of gear and doesn't need to be even more powerfull.
