Steps:
1. Using the HUD Settings, split the "Status Info" bar into 3 groups
2. Under Status Info (Enhancements), set the display settings to "Display Others' Enhancements in Group 3"
3. Cast any Thunder Spell on any Monster
4. Wait for a Thundercloud Proc to occur
5. Thundercloud Proc is displayed in Group 3 (Status Info (Other)) instead of in Status Info (Enhancements), even though the proc is generated by the user
