Clipping with big collars is a huge problem

There needs to be a variant for long hair that activates with large collars, like what some hairstyles do with some hats. The Uraeus coat is amazing but it cuts your hairstyle options in half, even more if you count clipping while running and not just clipping while standing still. Maybe the hair could come up in a bun or could drape down the sides.

Not to mention that complaints like this are why we never get any decently long hair styles added. People complain that there are no long options, but if devs add them then other people will just complain about how they clip. SE is damned if they do and damned if they don't, so they just take the option that requires less work (doing nothing.)

They fix the clipping for hats though, would it be THAT hard to add something for the back of long hairstyles?

No, but it would upset a lot of players who want long styles. We don't have many long ones as it is, so having it force you to hide the length when you wear a particular collar would suck for some people. I already hate that hats hide certain long hair styles.

I'm just tired of them not making long hairstyle to avoid clipping. If it clips with armor I want to use, I can change the armor or the hairstyle, we have plenty of options. Please give me more long hairs =/

Just have it go into the collar then, or part it so it'll drape on either side of your neck.

I much prefer this suggestion. With chest pieces though it would probably be harder to impliement. For the hats it simply does the hair up no matter what hat you wear. For the chest, it'd have to only do it on high collar pieces that cause clipping overwise.

Yeah. However it may be easier for them to include the option to part your hair in the aesthetician instead of going through every coat to see if it clips.
