I totally understand why the system of one piece at the end doesn't work for level cap. But is there any way to make the final boss drop two chests? Or guarantee that those chest have a piece for at least the jobs playing?

I know the devs are obsessed with RNG. That's obvious. But it gets really frustrating and not fun. Ive run the new dungeon every day since it came out. Im on 32 runs and have yet to see the healer top drop. It might be a little bit of me acting like a baby but its so frustrating to just keep doing it with no guarantee idk. Maybe its just me

im farming for that healer drop too!! XD Its terrible. I hate the one chest per boss thing and the getting loot for jobs that aren't even in the run. its a total bummer. I'm right there with ya! Damn RNG

This has been a thing for mmos since the beginning. And if they changed it so that it's only loot for the jobs playing nobody would be able to gear an alt job while not playing the alt job. That means your overgeared tank that came along to help you with an off chance to get some gear for their dps class will instead want to play their dps class leaving you without a tank still...

You're preaching to the choir. I was a DPS caster main until SB, and switched to yolomain after foreseeing the DPSqueuepocalypse. All dungeons, not just leveling dungeons, should have a guaranteed drop for your current job for clearing. Whining about queues while queueing as DPS is like shooting yourself in the foot and then complaining that it hurts.

There's something I don't understand here. You said you ran the dgn at least 32 times, right? The newest dgn have guaranteed loot-at least body wise-so shouldn't you have all the healer pieces by at least the 8th or 9th run if you joined as a healer?

Nope the new dungeon have NOT guaranteed loot... At first, I thought so too but it's not the case (maybe a bug?). I ran it almost 30 time too for my bard body and never saw it... (oh and don't mention the 5 others chests with crap instead of jewelry in it 90% of the runs)

Healer top only drops from the last boss too, so your chance is 1 in 14 or roughly 7% chance that it will drop. I spent forever grinding Arboretum for the Plague Bringer coat, now grinding Castrum Abania for the RDM weapon. The struggle is real lol. But you'll get it eventually.

everything not 100% is rng. if everything is one and done people would not run content often.
