I'll probably be the only tank left if "disciplinary actions" were taken. While I can tank a lot everyday, I'm asking you to reconsider, you don't want to wait in queue for the next 3 years.

By that logic, the rest of the group is "griefing" the tank by forcing them to pull slowly.

Here are the Terms of Service:

Kindly find where "pulling too many monsters" or some similar language is.
Also before you go: It's grieving remember this: It is okay to vote kick people with whose play styles are not compatible. This has been said numerous times on these forums by the GMs. If you are the minority of the group here (i.e. you are the only one put off by large pulls) the incompatible player is you and you should probably leave and put together a slower group (or tank yourself). These actions are not a violation of ToS in any shape or form and is an accepted practice to the point the dungeons have been designed to keep large pulls to a reasonable point.
In fact, you must not have been around for the problem that was "big pulls" in Wanderer's Palace. This very exact problem was addressed back then and it was deemed okay by the devs. So sorry, no you aren't being griefed.

Seems pretty simple to me as a long time gamer (routinely playing healer). If the tank pulls more than can be handled and wipes the party it should be pretty obvious what happened. Then if they're too thick headed to realize a change in strategy is needed to get an efficient run, you can vote kick or refuse to heal until they listen.
I realize we probably aren't all adults here, but a certain level of civility is needed to make a 'community' be tolerable to live in. That goes double for game communities since it's much harder to get away from what may become acceptable behavior, even as it disrupts the flow.

A closed mind sees their reflection in the world, but an open mind looks to see what of the world is reflected in themselves.
I see that Tyrant is starting his junk again. It is not against the TOS and Tyrant is known to come on the forums just to stir up conflict. He'd a troll, it's best to ignore him.
So you want less tanks in queue because you can't handle large pulls? Awwe, you're special.Gamemaster's this has been a very Rising problem tanks and they're super pools
Disciplinary actions need to be taken against these tanks who pull larger than a normal then the game intended for this is common in high-level Dungeons and it is even more common and lower level dungeons where a lot of the healers are DPS or not fully geared which is common with new players and a grievance not only for the healers but for the DPS who has to wait and extended long time and when the healer is unfortunate enough to get a super pulling tank the Healer leaves the party
Not only is this a grievance for the DPS but it is a grievance for the healers to in your terms of service you clearly state unfair playing practices and anything to make someone's gaming experience not enjoyable is a violation of terms of service please get the super pulling tanks under control by punishing them this is out of control and I am not the only healer that sees this or DPS and because it is a violation clearly under your guidelines of terms of service
