Teleport bug

[Roberific]

I tried using teleport from uldah to camp black brush and I did not teleport. The chat log said "Teleporting" but i was able to walk around without the teleport happening. I tried teleporting again and my anima count went down as if i had teleported successfully. Second teleport attempt failed again. This is the first time i ever see this bug. This happened about 5 minutes ago on Palmecia server.

tl/dr: 2 teleport attempts, no teleport happened. anima used. fairly minor.

Steps:
1.teleported to uldah aetherite after finishing escort mission from Court in the Sands
2.found quest Call to arms and did that while turning in court in the sands
3.turned both in and grabbed a few leves for camp black brush
4. began running towards the camp. once i got to the gate to leave city, decided to teleport
5. tried teleport once. chat log "Teleporting...". nohting happens.
6. I walk around as if i never tried to teleport.
7. I try to teleport again, notice 4 anima is missing.
8. same thing with chat log telling me im "teleporting...." but nothing happens again.
9. i check anima, another 4 is missing.
10. I log off.
11. I log on again later during the evening, teleport works. No trouble after that.
