The GM has forgotten me ...

a few weeks ago warning of a problem in the game which I lost the Ifrit bow, said GM would look but never responded to me if I could regain range without any reason I have not ...
I ask again, you can retrieve the bow?, Or have to wait for divine luck that Ifrit drop me?.

The GMs merely forward these bugs to the dev team. As you can see with any bug, they don't 'respond' to them. Yes, you're going to have to wait for divine luck to get the bow. The guy who vendored his Paragon's Crown didn't get his back, and it's actually impossible for him to get it back, so consider yourself lucky.

... unless your post is a witty way of saying that the GM service has a bug. To which, I give you a bug thumbs up!
