Steps:
1. Talk to NPC
2. Strain my eyes to read the text because it is too tiny
3. Attempt to fix using the virtual mouse with my ps4 controller
4. No longer given the option to resize the text boxes
5. 95% decrease in enjoyment of the game since I can no longer read what anyone is saying
