    Question about apartments

    A friend of mine just recently vacated their apartment to move to the Shirogane ones, but She can't seem to buy one regardless, and there are plenty of rooms available.

    Is there a Cooldown period or is it a glitch?

    I needed to empty my storage from my old apartment (the new storage tool) before I could buy another apartment. Could be this?
