I don't think the one NPC system works. Every single day I do the exact same three low level quests, and only see higher level quests on days I complete a reputation level. Apparently there are 6 per level Kojin quests, but the only ones I ever see are Krilled to Pieces, Pickles of Partnership, and Tonight We Dine in Shells. I am already at Trusted level but still only see these same three quests.

Why did they make it like this? I actually enjoy reading the dialogue in the quests, and I never get to experience them. This is honestly making me angry. Even if a abandon a quest, the same exact one shows up in the list again.

Am I missing something here? Why would they bother making 6 quests, and multiple tiers if we only get to do the same few ones repeatedly?

Are you doing the quests just before and after the daily reset? For some reason you'll get the same quests shortly after the daily reset as you got before it. Beyond those cases though, I've gotten a decent variety of quests so far. In fact, I've already gotten all six rank 3 quests, and five of the rank 4 quests.
