    So is this still just the same bug from four years ago where the WHM is forced to walk around in only panties, or is this pair of pants really just designed to be invisible?

    The model is similar to but different from the default underwear, so it's an intentional, but strange design decision, just as it was with the original WHM set (Which was sillier when considering that you aren't even given the chest piece/robe until 50).
