I remember people asking for harder content, though I do not remember anyone presenting it in anywhere near as dramatic a way as you. Have you considered the fact tha the game is not meant to let you hold on to every single item that exists. Have you considered being a bit more picky about what you hold on to? A glamour log would be nice, yes, but trying to supstitute the lack of it with holding onto every single item will never work. Hold onto the items you really care about, drop the others.
