Direct X fatal crash error

seems that this happens since 3.5
usually i had those like once a week or so... but since the new patch (4.1) im having them like 5 times a day or so. its ridiculous. i even reinstalled windows and re downloaded whole game, and every driver, all the stuff. still fucked up! this is not acceptable at all for a sub game.

I've been having them any time i even try to use DX11 so i'm stuck using Dx 9 and that randomly tries to freeze on me, not that often but it is annoying. Definitely doesnt make it unplayable on dx 9 but i literally cannot use dx 11 at all anymore. Kinda sucks but i hope someone can find an answer to these issues soon.
