There is one aspect of housing that makes apartments a complete deal breaker:

NO GARDENS

What I would like to see as part of the apartments moving forward:

A public area where several members of the apartment have a chunk of yard to do with as they see fit, and enough space to use a deluxe garden or two, so the apartment tenants can garden if they so choose.

This space should be big enough to hold 20-30 (or more) plots of land, and it should also be instanced so as many exist for that apartment complex as needed.

From an aesthetic point view this could be very nice to look at. From a practical point of view, just allow planters/pots to do cross breeding. That is really the only feature missing from indoor gardening at this time.

Yes I like your idea. This is really the only one aspect that make me want a house actually. I don't expecially need neighbor.
I read someone suggesting also to make balcony 's apartment a place where we can put a true garden paradise. And when we said a balcony... I guess it's like a castel. Not just the balcony you can have in irl of course. This features will be only available for player that does not own a personal house. I think it's fair.

I know lot of poeple want instanced house but I think realistically, they won't make it for next couple of month.
