Ideas on How to Improve What We Currently Have

So many are posting ideas on how to improve housing so I figured I may as well make a thread of my own.

My intent is to list things that I think will improve the residence options we currently have:

• Limit the amount of houses a person can have to one personal and one fc
• If a player owns more than the above they will be allowed to choose what to keep and get refunded the rest
• Allow all characters on the same server to have access to the player's personal house and apartment
• Give larger houses more tenancy slots to reflect the size of the building
• Introduce tenancy for apartments
• To discourage shell fcs, purchasing fc houses requires both gil and 100k company credits (or more, unsure if this is considered time consuming to achieve)
• Introduce indoor multi-node planting pots for indoor cross planting for apartments and fc rooms
• Permit fcs to buy apartments and have access to both fc rooms and company workshop
• Allow fcs in apartments to transfer to a house
• Players who have bought a residence have an account-wide cooldown preventing them from buying the same type of residence for 24 hours on any server (with the exception of fc rooms)

I don't think 100K company credits is really much. I was the last active member of my previous FC and the company credits kept increasing from all my my random crap while still buying and activating buffs and buying occasional random things from the credits vendor. You may want to just add another 0 and make it 1 mil.

100K really isn't a lot of FC credits...i think...my FC with 3-8 active players on average can create roughly 150K credits every few days when we're all doing stuff. when we're not...roughly 45K or so a day.
