They havent, they havent been billing for over 1 year they just started, if they had been billing they would have squashed any bugs then rather than now, I still say this was probably the OP's fault, until I see something that says there was a problem from SE, because a billing problem can cost them alot of money, so they test the billing systems alot, the last thing they want is to be sued.

then you should probably look at the forums more. there's been plenty of ss's shown by people that cannot use crysta as their payment option and click and buy does not accept their credit cards in their country. here's one ss since you claim to have not seen anything so you can no longer use ignorance as a reason.

if they didn't know there was an issue why have they stated many times over the last year they would be redoing the billing options and would have them ready for payment?

people spoke about not being able to use click and buy last year before they said they were making it free and were told to hold off worries until they charged. they asked about it back a few months ago when they said they would start this month and they were told not to worry they would have it ready by the time they billed. they now start billing and those same people from last year cannot play because they have no payment options they can use.
