    Community Garden

    Gardening is one reason many people like houses, and is an incentive to have more than one.

    Why not allow those without a house to rent/buy garden patches in an instance of some kind for them to use?

    I know if such a thing existed, I wouldn't care about keeping my house.

    I've proposed this idea before: Community greenhouse. areas about the size of the inn rooms except they have 2 or 3 8 space plots. The boundaries would be glass greenhouse walls and a door that looks like it goes to a MUCH larger greenhouse.

    same principle could be applied to FC instanced "hangars". With workshop and airship features available.
