How about an Auction system for initial release day of new Districts or Wards.

Doing so will give only more power to the people who are monopolising the ward. People will the bare minimum to buy a house will not even stand a fighting chance. Also gives them more time to secure more wards since they don't have to beat the login queues and race against people for the housing. I can already think of at least 5 ways I can exploit this and make money out of this, so no, even if bidding is permitted to one per account it is still easily exploitable.

I never said people couldn't make money on it at all, but with 1 per account per server it at least prevents slum lords from taking over dozens of houses, the issue at hand is everything being taken after only an hour or two. Even in the existing districts there was nothing left anywhere when i logged in at 9:30a
