We already have direct payment and Paypal payment options in NA.

Making this thread because alot of people are confused and actually do not realize you have a direct payment option in NA through crysta. Click on Add Square Enix Crysta, choose however much crysta you want, and select UltimatePay as the payment option. Unlike ClickandBuy, you dont have to make an account or anything. You can pay with your CC or paypal.

Im from the US.. so im saying NA but dont hurt me if its not available in your NA country. =/

Thats just silly. Crysta is 1:1 with USD. And you can buy the EXACT amount you need for whatever subscription method you want. Not liking crysta is like not liking to pay at all. Its dumb.

Crysta is a means to pay. Its not like microsoft points, nintendo points or something dumb like that... where you can never just buy what you need or get what you want and its value doesnt have a 1:1 ratio with real currency.

How is Crysta different then getting your credit card auto charged? You can pay the exact amount now with a credit card right before its due. SE even sends you an email to remind you to pay the said amount of crysta.

Yeah I don't get the hate for Crysta either..since you're only losing at best a couple of cents over a long period of time if you don't buy in exact amounts, and if you want to not worry about stuff because things can always happen that requires financial priority (funerals etc) crysta is actually the better solution to pay for long periods of time by keeping a good supply in your account so you'll never have to worry about it.

It's not available everywhere, but neither is Paypal, it's just the nature of online services. I do get what Hitroiki is saying, people are treating Crysta as a "Xbox Points" type of system and that's simply not the case, especially since you can tell it to purchase the exact amount you want as long as it's minimum 500 crysta.

I think it's because I've been burned quite often in the past by "virtual currencies" that I've grown to distrust concepts like Crysta.

It's kind of like the difference between XBL (points) and PSN (real money) and even then XBL requires real money for the subsciption.

It reminds me of F2P MMO's where you have to do the same thing.
