Can you prove me wrong otherwise, I used word like IF meaning no one has proof and you provided us with your experience that anecdotal as well. This is a pretty big exaggeration. RMTs won't make their names as easily unidentifiable like this. Plus the time and cost of getting 7 geared players together with up to date content/expansions + risk of the accounts getting banned. It does not make sense and there's far to mich work involved. RMT use other strategies.
I dont see anything wrong with it, aslong both buyer and seller get what they were promised to, then its fine.
Was gonna respond to the quote but you did it for me. How is run selling rmt? Please break it down for us.XD
Clearly you have no idea how run selling works. You don't give the sellers any kind of log in information at all. Most groups just take you and ask to to die asap, and then just clear the fight with the 7 other people. I'd love to hear your reasoning for how run selling is tantamount to RMT as well.
I see run selling as the same as selling i320 gear. You are peddling what you're good at.
Sometimes buying a clear doesn't necessarily mean you can't do the content yourself. In fact it's quite the contrary. Some people would resort to buying a clear since everyone else they run into in pf just happens to be incompetent so buying a clear just saves them from the frustration and salt down the road.

Yup. In many runs I've sold the buyer actually want to play with us, which is fine as long they dont wipe the group and know the mechanics. In fact some players are so good we kept them and made them sell with us as well.Sometimes buying a clear doesn't necessarily mean you can't do the content yourself. In fact it's quite the contrary. There are groups that hand over login information simply because it takes less time and effort. The margin of error for 7 manning is so slim that it's understandable. My group has been selling O4 for awhile as 7 though, it's manageable

Handling over login info is a TOS violation and a bannable offense, those types of clear sales could get people banned.
I don't think SE will ban others because of that, unless someone else reports it. I don't think they are tracking people's accounts to see if they are being logged through different IPs. At most the automated system will send a warning to their owner stating that they should change their password.
That doesn't stop people from doing it. Handle the transaction off-game via discord, email, etc and it's untraceable

And that's exactly why some people are saying these listings should be barred from PF, not only people mis-list them under the wrong headings intentionally but selling Ultimate Coil makes it clear they are doing something against the TOS and should be banned.
