From a battle content perspective, it makes far more sense for 5 man dungeons to be 1 tank, 2 healer, 2 DPS. This is because it gives the devs far more freedom when it comes to dungeon difficulty, because 4man parties put a huge strain on the single healer.

Maybe 6man content is the answer, 1 tank, 2 healers, 3 dps
I know my friend who mains white mage wouldn't mind another helping hand, and it would make good use of their offensive spells.

Dungeon monsters would have to be made way stronger. I think it could be fun.
