For starters they could make large and medium plots only able to be used for fc housing and add bunch more small plots just for private housing. Also make it where can only buy one plot per account on each server and let all your alts on same account share it.

Statements like that don't work anyway because solo-player FCs are definitely a thing.

while i disagree with the original post, these are unrelated. solo-player FCs can also be barred from owning Large plots or even any plots at all.

9 is the magic number since you need more than one account, the number would also rise with plot size.

if you're willing to do that and get other people to help you then you probably deserve those extra plots.

just because you can't get rid of all bad behavior doesn't mean you shouldn't take steps to deter it from being rampant.

Honestly locking solo players out of owning houses of certain sizes is just going to make people more likely to make shell fcs for themselves.
