Oh i know it, because i'd be one of them people if SE pulled that.

People still do this in WoW. "LF people to help start my guild. 100G for signing. No need to stay in the guild after." Minor restrictions won't stop players from doing it. I know I'd be doing it if I felt the reward was worth it (which in WoW, it easily can be).

Well we don't really know that. More wards is all we know they're going to do. Any changes to acquisition put in place, as per what was stated, still means it's just wards... a finite supply that does not even dent the actual demand.

No. Let me stop you right there. What in your right mind make you believe that a FC is more deserving of a L or M house over a single person? Please explain your reasoning, seriously.

I have yet to see anyone come up with a good, logical point with this suggestion other than "my FC can't have it so you shouldn't either". I agree though, people should be allowed to have options, not be punished for simply wanting a bigger house for personal use.

But I hope that YoshiP's last statement about feedbacks and implementing new way to get plots is related to people getting the chance to upgrade plots from small to large with money, or materials from crafting / gathering.

You know, I was hoping they would do this at some point...surprised it hasn't been done by now. This would help considerably, but would definitely require redesigning the wards a bit. I think it'd be an excellent idea...along with adding more wards and/or instanced housing (interiors and exteriors).

Because it also functions as personal housing. Otherwise people wouldn't be able to buy property without being in an FC. I wouldn't have a house, nor some of my friends and FC mates. The work stations are a bonus feature for those that buy the property as an FC estate.

i am in a 2people FC
i sold my FC house to someone for a cheap price to help during the rush of 4.1 ,
i dont even care a second about the workstation , its boring and too long to craft things , the FC house was the personnal house of a 3rd guy in our FC that doesnt play anymore but it had ONE advantage : its a personnal house with almost infinite rooms....oh and it was a way to get a 3rd plot of gardening

oh, I see! I DID make a mistake there. Thank you for pointing that out. With 2,880 plots, that would accommodate about 28.9% of the player base. 57% if you include the estimate of how many are rooming with FCs, in apartments, or just don't care about buying houses.
