Why are people assuming they can't socialize in instance based housing?

I don't want instanced housing. Personally, I like the neighborhood feel that wards bring. Maybe as an option to others, but not as a permanent all-around solution for everyone.

Get an apartment if you want Instance housing, the best thing about housing in this game is the community based setup it has being able to go freely around wards looking at how people worked on the homes and I can tell you now as an avid player of SWTOR instance housing is horrible the entire community and roaming side is out the window.
