    2 star rotations - Difficulty:6377/Quality:28506

    Updated MM macro

2 star no rng Initial preperation (Requires some HQ mats).
The more control you meld, the less starting quality you will need:

Maker's mark minimum rng, all NQ mats.

You botch a flawless synthesis at the start so you can add an additional flawless synthesis during the flawless synthesis stage between the 6th & 7th comfort zones. By doing this there's no way the craft can complete even if all flawless synthesis succeed so don't need to worry about there being a chance of having to activate comfort zone when you still have 1 comfort zone left.

Thanks to "(Zodiark) Shikhu" for this condensed format idea where we talked about possible new crafting rotations etc on the balance discord.
Thanks to "Deathgiver" for improving on the macros quality.

A balanced melding idea to fulfil both of the above rotations: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/13HS5

Just wondering, but are you able to completely fill your CP back up using CZ between your FS ?

I have better luck using Tricks of the Trade, since it refills 20CP, instead of the 14 from CZ. I average about 1-2 good condition's over 10 FS's

No if assuming you're not relying on ToT but rather close:

Thumbsup Tayler. They both look very well rounded. In terms of a macroable approach I think your approaches are going to be very close to optimal (if not exact). I've started digging into the rotations and I'm coming to the same conclusions you've posted here with only minor variations.

Looks very carefully constructed, Tayler! I haven't started doing these yet. Too busy making gil lately with furniture. Also busy with new MSQ, beast tribes etc... Will also need time for yellow scrips soon too. And I don't wanna miss a beat on trial and leveling roulette each day... super overwhelmed, lol! Gonna try out these new crafts once I laid my hands on the mats.

I find I need 2 ToT to fill the CP up during flawless cycle. Not sure if it's optimal to use them then during that stage though.

Think it is very much intended. The rich people meld hardcore and do the RNG thing with mostly nq mats, and the people who aren't rich yet spam flawless synth. Unless you mean MaMa just makes it too easy, which it might but i'd still never use it.

It's insane but these crafts are intentionally balanced for you to be able to 100% them from all NQ mats at the minimum required craftsmanship and control. They look daunting at first glance, but they aren't difficult crafts at all even from 0 starting quality. Once you get the new tool, you're already over-geared for 0-100% runs.

Because of RNG, you won't get 100% all of the time at the minimum stats, but most of your other synths should be 84-89%, giving you HQ yields that are comparable to normal 4* all NQ runs back in HW (although it is a painfully long synth this time). CP really still is key so you can't squander it on skills that overall don't add much value to your synth. Unless you're way way over-geared, I'd caution against an overuse of prudent touch.

At high stats, I'd look more toward a short synth that relies on a bit of RNG but can give you the HQ in a fraction of the time. IMO, it's better to do a short manual synth than to go through a semi-manual 80 step one even if the HQ yield suffers a tiny bit.
