You are aware that 99% of the time house flipping is organised on sites outside of SE's control, right? That if players keep their identities and the exact plot locations hidden in private messages in those sites then SE can't see them, right? You do understand SE can't do much investigation if the majority of the agreement process for house flipping isn't done in any platform they don't own, right?

House flipping sucks but one of the reasons why it thrives is because these people are aware of SE's limitations when it comes to tracking it. It's not because SE suck at investigation. Really where SE is at fault is not the lack of investigation on each newly bought plot, but actually not putting in the work to reduce the house flipping market by making housing available to more players.

There was a banwave this morning that caught something like 10k accounts for RMT activities. At least some of those have to have overlapped with flippers.

that's odd. someone had 500 mill gil yesterday but not anymore, and random stranger who had a house is 500 mill gil richer. i don't see any correlation here

i know there are a few honest gillionaires out there but lots of people cheat to get gil
