    Reactivation doesnt work!

    When I try to reactive my character at the moment the webpage says:

    An error has occurred.
    Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
    For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
    (Error code: 105)

    I did set up my subscription-plan weeks ago, and now it still says that my service is cancelled.
    Ive checked my clickandbuy information, and everything is in order - it should work to just press the "reactive" button, but the site gives me this error code instead....

    Need some help!! =(

    Having the exact same issue with one of my accounts. One was billed properly and is OK, but the other is giving the very same error (105) and all options were cancelled even though they were reactivated like a week ago.

    Are you sharing click and buy account with other games or accounts too?

    No, I just have one character, and FFXIV service.....cant find any information about this error?
    I just wanna play, but i cant because of this crap!! ><;

    Yep. I couldn't find info about this error too. I believe it's related to C&B because i also got an error when trying to update it (had to unregister and re-register to successfully update it).

    I'm already expecting SE account management system and/ot C&B emergency maint very soon...probably when support service become live and they become aware of this issue.

    My mom is also very pissed with this because she was playing when they booted her and cancelled her options.

    This worked fine with my account and my wifes account I'm getting this same error.

    Now this is going to piss me off if this doesn't get resolved ASAP
    I'll try and call the support center but knowing FFXI support being FULL ON CRAP I hope this wont be the same...

    I hope one of the reps can see this and check directly.

    Please don't give me crap saying I can't pay with my click and buy account I made just for FFXIV to pay for 2 accounts (mine/wifes) I have enough funds in my bank and I already verified the account, and payment worked for my character and why not my wifes!?!?!?!?

    Man this is so backwards.... I have no problem being nice guy all the time but crap like this really disappoints me

    I'll try setup crysta payment for my wifes for now using my paypal but this is so stupid... why can't I use same payment method for both

    If its Click and Buy issue I say they suck big time!!!!
    I hope to see this fixed by my next payment - got 3 month option and saw rep post about alternative payment options so I hope I can pay just like I have been doing for 8 years in FFXI without any problem....

    --- EDIT: Crysta payment worked but FYI for those that tried click and buy and couldn't pay and got same problem above and trying Ultimate Pay > Paypal as soon as you pay though paypal and approved it wont show the crysta amount you purchased but if you go to FFXIV payment options it will still let you complete payment with crysta.

    --- EDIT2: Fixed one part since I said s*** when I shouldn't of. Waking up to feed baby at 5 AM then wife waking up at 6 AM to play FFXIV while I'm sleeping and waking me up since her account got cancelled isn't really a good way to start a Friday morning....

    Try paypal through ultimate pay for hers, worked for me but again this is so backwards... must be Click and Buy issue not allowing multiple payments on same service for different accounts...

    I can't. Only C&B is availble here. I so wish this was just like FFXI...never had billing issues there.

    I had the same problem when I tried setting it up for 180 days, but when I did the 30 days it went through no problem.

    bumping this thread - this needs to be resolved for some people.

    Mines fixed but it's temporary fix until the new payment options are available, would be nice what the new payment options they are planning to use ahead of time also so we know what options we may have in near future... if direct payment then it's all good, if another crap 3rd party which people never heard of then /facepalm
