I had a similar issue with C&B i had more than enough for a 3 month stretch on my account but on the day i got an email saying my account was shutdown due to there being problems with my billing infomation i tried multiple times to re activate it but the only thing that worked was selecting the 1 month plan after multiple tries.

SE just give us the option to pay you directly in future it will save so much time and hassle that people just dont need
