    Had the same problem. Go to the clickandbuy official website. Login with your stuff you used when you selected clickandbuy as your payment method. Once you're logged in you should be on the account page. If not click on the account page to get there. There is a big notification area right in the middle of the page. If there is any issue with your clickandbuy account it will tell you there. Mine was suspended for some reason so I called the number (very little waiting period) tech filled me in and I followed solution. After that I went back into my FFXIV account settings and was able to reactivate my poop.

    I had the same problem. But even worse when I tried to buy Crysta instead, Ultimate Pay denied my card. So, I ended up having to use a family members card to buy Crysta with, even though there's nothing wrong with my card according to my bank. Given my problem, I'm not sure this is entirely the fault of Click and Buy alone as much as I'd like to blame them. Did anyone else have similar problems?

    Check your account status on the official clickandbuy website. Your stuff might have been suspended like mine.

    My husband and i have been trying to fix our accounts for awhile now. For Click and Buy, you need to make sure you confirm your account on their website. We had to do the confirmation(or making your account verified, if you wanna get technical) where they charge your credit card, or bank account a dollar amount between $1.00-1.99 (and make sure when you enter the dollar amount on their site you ONLY put in the CENT amount. No decimal, and no 1, or you'll have to do the whole process over again. Since the $1. is automatically set for you.) As soon as we verified the account we were able to reactivate our characters.

    And according to Click and Buy, the error is the fault of square enix putting a cap on the amount you can spend at a time (when we spoke to SE, they blamed ClickandBuy saying 105 is their error and they had no idea what the error was for).

    Oh, also. There is a chance you'll have to call your credit card company or bank after Click and Buy does the charges. When they charged my card, they suspended my card until i called to verify i knew about the charges that were made since the company is based in Europe.

    Support at click and buy told me max se allows you to spend in 1 day is $50 so thats probably where a lot of the issues are coming from.

    My account has been suspended by clickandbuy, and the info says I have to contact them by tele or email.
    Are you telling me I have to wait over the whole weekend before they help me fix this CRAP!!?

    I had a similar issue with C&B i had more than enough for a 3 month stretch on my account but on the day i got an email saying my account was shutdown due to there being problems with my billing infomation i tried multiple times to re activate it but the only thing that worked was selecting the 1 month plan after multiple tries.

    SE just give us the option to pay you directly in future it will save so much time and hassle that people just dont need

    We need some SE reply here ASAP with some urgent countermeasure about this. Makes no sense start billing when customers are unable to actually pay. :/
