I wanna give a big thank you to all who have provided feedback about this topic the last few days. Consensus seems to stand that Mono Target dps has gone down slightly. A friend translated it to about one full thrust rotation's worth of damage in O4S on average. Though that's just an estimation. AOE is ridonk now though. Have fun with the 24 man!
