In Regard to Housing in Patch 4.1

They should indeed limit the ownership of household to one per account and let the people who have no life with their 5-10 other alts share their house. This way it's fair for old players, new players and FC's to even have a chance to get a house. As for people flipping houses don't know how that could be prevented but this is one of the only solutions I see. These people can get pissy and complain all they want but this game should be fun and fair to everyone.

So if you have multiple alts you have no life? I fail to see the correlation. Multiple alts doesn't automatically mean that time is dumped into them. I have 1 alt, does that mean I don't have a life, even though I work 60 hours a week and help farm? I play in a band every weekend, but I have alts, so i don't have a life? I am a father of 10 year old girl, but no life cause I have an alt? Sounds like you're just another person who is salty because they don't have a house in game.

Or, this needs to be addressed in better and clearer details so that people dont assume stuff anymore. 4.2 is going to be another 3-4 months from 4.1 release, and that amount of time is going to be just a mystery to what they are going to do for us. Some people seem like they are excited by YoshiP's announcement that they are adding more wards for 4.2... but how more is actually more is my question.

If they're in an FC perhaps they're using them for airships or even for charging aetherial wheels to take to another FC.

That is a good point. I did forget about the Wheels and Airships part of it. Perhaps there is a small resolution laying within those two things. Maybe offer a new wheel stand that charges more than 1 G3 Wheel, allow apartments or other ways to be able to use personal airships maybe through the GCs too. Just throwing ideas around. I don't mind the fact people have a house if they are using it but the ones I am referring to that I know for sure do not use them for those purposes and just have them just to have a plot in each district. If someone is using the plot even for a MB/Summoning Bell crafting area I am for that and get it, I'm just not onboard with those that buy just to buy and take away from those who would honestly love to have it and use it. That's all.

Completely understand, but there's no way to ever fix that. We cant even get beyond how to or who should own, yet alone how they are to act once they do own it.

It seems if you own more then one house you get lumped into one group most reffer to as "Hoarders"..as ive posted i have 3 personal house i use them all 3 weekly if not daily my in game wife and i are married on all 3 charchters and play them totaly differnt we rp each with differnt friends all houses almost maxed items for a year..my 3 houses probly get more use then most the fc in my wards lol. heck we even had a youtuber reach out to us to film out fc and personal houses cause the deco isnt the same.

I would actually like to see the ability for people that aren't lucky enough to get a house and could only grab an apartment get the ability to garden, since the only reliable way to get chocobo food is through gardening.
Especially if you're on servers with people that aren't as active as the legacy servers, the chocobo food isn't readily available on the market board. It seems a tad lame to keep a feature locked behind "Having a house," especially if the houses are so limited.

Also, yay. More Wards hopefully in the future.

Well, I think all except the basic roots, and the exp roots can be purchased with gil from the Vath vendor once you've ranked them up.

Curious as to which game and what was issue.

I've personally had multiple issues with NC. The raw bottage on Lineage2, the devs of that game never fully dealing with that and other issues.
When NC took over guildwars and then proceded to mess up accounts and let accounts be hacked and in some cases, pillaged.

What do you do when you reach rank 10 since you need a onion you can only get thru A-MB B-1 quest gives you 1 or C-crossbreed gardening...and you will need them from rank 10-20

Edit: my server there 220k each right now.

I'm starting to think one of the answers is putting gardening and workshops in your GC squad door...the higher rank you are the more garden plots you have access to and the more airships..as well as housing glam schimatics

I have been trying to obtain a large plot for my FC for several years now, and now that most of the only content I have left to experience requires having FC housing and a workshop, being forced to wait to login past the time all the large housing had been taken really made me begin considering continuing subscribing. I suspect that perhaps when the game was initially created and projected for, it's popularity was severely underestimated.

even with their new TCG they couldn't keep up with the demand they need to keep printing cards. its sad because if they don't change or get help people won't stay with the TCG if they have to wait months and months for a new shipment of cards to reach the stores

Ok, I have been pretty vocal with people in regards to the housing issues and defending the system for the most part, so here is the main thing I would like to see changed possibly and I think it would help. Again, if others have mentioned this I have not seen it. How about when players or FC's relinquish or relocate, they get the original cost back in full, or relocating the entire purchase goes towards the new plot? This way no one would ever feel like they lost gil or wasted time, and wouldn't be forced to sell to someone before game fee just to recoup some gil. Any thoughts about this? Seems way easier than most fixes. Do this and add more wards. Also, then the plot would still be up for grabs naturally.
