For me imo anyone selling a house for the original price or higher is already making a profit. (Because you normally only get 80% back) and doubles the price for the other person. Thats more than enough.

Its just bad that they have that stance about it itself being fine..what exactly is a profit then? So please get this in the rules asap..if people will read such GM answers they will feel even more justified in selling them..
That's the base problem, its vague. What is a big profit? What a high amount? Example 50M to me isnt a lot, but it might be for someone else. It's to subjective and up to interpretation - can't be easy to judge this as a GM if its not a obvious plot flip.



I'm just kinda tired on the argument its against TOS when it's not. The producer have stated they not fine with it when its flipped for high amount (which again is super vague).
Anyone is free to correct me if i'm wrong but i can't find it in the TOS. But until its part of the TOS it's not.
